3:30 PM ET. LSU is ranked #4 in the country. They’ve already knocked off Clemson and Florida. The polls love them, the pundits love them, and the market usually follows. Which is why this number doesn’t make any sense—unless you read between the lines.

The Tigers could have been favored here and the books would’ve been flooded with LSU money. Instead, they opened Ole Miss as the chalk, and the market hasn’t budged. That’s not oversight—that’s a message.

Mississippi has been flying under the radar, winning the games on their schedule cleanly. More importantly, this is a revenge spot. Last year in Baton Rouge, Ole Miss led all day before LSU tied late and stole it in overtime. That kind of loss lingers. Now, under the lights at The Grove, Kiffin and company have this one circled.
