The Frogs are now ranked, on a seven-game heater, and catching points against an unranked ASU side. That sets off alarm bells immediately.

Arizona State’s stock tanked after they lost at Mississippi State. That’s the only data point people want to talk about, even though it came as a short road favorite in a tricky spot. Since then, they’ve beaten Baylor and Texas State, but those wins did nothing to repair the perception. The result? The Sun Devils are being priced like chopped liver while the market drools over TCU.
